Did you know that this brand new Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food cookery course is the first of its kind in the country, and is specifically designed for young adults aged 16-25. We're on the lookout for participants, especially those between 16 and 18, to join us on in piloting this course and testing whether eating well can benefit our mood.

Research shows that a Mediterranean-style diet can significantly enhance mental health, particularly for those grappling with symptoms like depression. Now, you have the chance to explore this for yourself, whether you are effected by depression or not - this course is for everyone who fits the age bracket of 16-18 (up to 25 if a person has SEND needs)!

Join The Cookery Course!

We’re inviting young adults aged 16-18 (or up to 25 for those with SEND needs) to take part in our next course. This is your opportunity to learn, cook, and connect!

It’s always good to see local courses that give young people an opportunity to learn something practical. Cooking is one of those skills that can be useful in everyday life, but a course like this can also be a nice way to meet other people and try something different. I think opportunities aimed specifically at younger people can sometimes be overlooked, so it’s useful when local organisations make the information easy to find online. I’ve also noticed how many different UK-focused websites are out there when browsing around, including completely unrelated ones such as flashdashcasino-uk.com. Obviously the subjects are very different, but it shows how much information people can discover online simply by looking around. Hopefully the course attracts plenty…
