We consider our legitimate interests to be running Nourish Food School as a non-profit community interest organisation in pursuit of our objectives. For example, to:

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.

We are committed to protecting vulnerable supporters, customers and volunteers, and appreciate that additional care may be needed when we use their personal information. In recognition of this, we observe good practice guidelines in our interactions with vulnerable people.

We may sometimes process information outside of the EEA through a third party evaluation partner and will ensure you are aware of this if this is required in relation to your participation or engagement in a specific project or activity.
