How Liven helps keep daily routines on track

Hey everyone, lately I’ve been trying to be more consistent with my daily habits. I start strong every Monday, but by midweek my focus slips and I end up skipping check-ins or forgetting small wellness routines. I read somewhere about an app that uses quick mood tracking and reflection prompts to help you notice patterns in your behavior. It sounded interesting, especially since I’d like to understand how stress or small events affect my productivity at work. Has anyone found a simple way to stay on top of routines without feeling pressured or overwhelmed?

I had the same struggle until I started using liven a few weeks ago. It begins with short daily check-ins where you log your mood and reflect on what influenced your day. It’s quick enough to keep up with, and over time you start noticing patterns you didn’t realize before. I like that it mixes reflection with light structure, so it doesn’t feel like another task to complete. Some people in my office also tried it, and we all found it helps maintain awareness without adding stress. The calm tone and simple layout make it easy to use even on busy days.
