In this FREE class, you will learn how to prepare Salmon Teriyaki with Rice & Cucumber Ribbon Salad!

One of our fantastic Nourish Food School trainers will guide you through each step, providing demonstrations and tips along the way.

All ingredients are included and you can take your meal home with you.

This class is perfect for beginners and those looking to learn to cook from scratch with healthy ingredients.

It takes place in the Holy Spirit Church in Denton and lasts for 1.5 hours.
