Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food course is coming to County Durham. This is an 8 week cookery course taking place once per week on Tuesday afternoons. Each class last for 1.5 hours and is perfect for beginners and those looking to learn to cook from scratch with healthy ingredients.

About the event
In this 8 week course you will learn all the basic cooking skills that you need to prepare fabulous tasty meals. We follow a different theme each week, learning new recipes, new skills and developing knowledge and technique from one week to the next. We'll be cooking everything from soups, basic bread, pasta, curries, stir fry, veggie burgers and more.
To get the maximum benefit from the course we hope people can commit to attending at least 6 weeks.
There will be a two week break for the Easter holidays so the course continues until 7th May
