Join the cookery class at Ouseburn Community Centre to master making pasta from scratch with traditional Italian methods. You'll transform your homemade pasta dough into tagliatelle and tortellini whilst making other authentic Italian recipes and enjoying a little Italian sweet treat whilst you cook.
