Join the cookery class at Ouseburn Community Centre to master making pasta from scratch with traditional Italian methods. You'll transform your homemade pasta dough into tagliatelle and tortellini whilst making a classic Italian pasta sauce and making up an Italian dessert (such as a Fruit Crostata Tart and Almond Frangipane)
