About the event
Join the cookery class on Saturday 29th January 2022 from 2pm - 4pm at Ouseburn Community Centre to master making pasta from scratch with traditional Italian methods. You'll transform your homemade pasta dough into tagliatelle, tortellini and ravioli whilst also making your own pasta fillings and classic pasta sauce.
