This is a women-only class

Join us for a friendly community cookery class at Riverside Community Health Project venue.


In this class you’ll learn how to make a classic, easy weekday meal (exact recipe to be confirmed), picking up practical cooking skills along the way.

It’s a chance to spend time cooking together, meet new people, and enjoy a supportive space where you can learn at your own pace. You’ll take home everything you cook, and no previous cooking experience is needed.


The class is aimed at adults, though children are welcome to be in the room as long as safety can be managed.


This is a free class, kindly funded by the North East Migration Partnership. To be eligible, bookings must include at least one person who holds a Hong Kong BN(O), Ukraine Scheme, or Afghan Resettlement Programme visa - however we will not be asking to see your…
