Ingredients
200g Oats
2 apples, grated
100g natural yoghurt
100ml milk
100ml Apple juice (or other fruit juice) not from concentrate
1/2 cinnamon
50g berries, fresh or frozen
To serve:
handful of walnuts (great for Omega 3)
a handful of chopped fresh fruit
1 teaspoon peanut butter

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients to make a mixture that has plenty of liquid (the liquid should be around 1cm above the ingredients in the bowl (this will be sucked up by the oats overnight)
Transfer to either 1 large container or individual jars and store in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight to allow the oats to soak up all the flavours.
Grab a serving from the fridge and top with fresh fruit and a small handful of nuts and you are good to go.
Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days making sure to eat for breakfast throughout the week!
